CHARACTER AND PERSONAL DEVELOPMENT
We aim to contribute to the cultivation of strong, professional, good character tailored for success, particularly for people from disadvantaged backgrounds. We place emphasis on the instilling of work and business ethics and behavioural refinement.
CENTRE FOR ENTREPRENEUR DEVELOPMENT
The DYNAMITE Entrepreneurship development Program (refer to page) is accompanied by a business skills development programme, which is necessary for its overall success. Our training is designed to suit the practical needs of a person running a business and to equip uneducated entrepreneurs to upgrade the level at which they are operating their businesses.
The aim is to help professionalise and develop informal and micro enterprises, which we believe to be a very necessary intervention in Africa, where many entrepreneurs are confined to the informal business sector due to lack of skills and knowledge.
We are currently in the process of securing accreditation for the New Venture Creation Learnership from the Services Seta.
Lion Empire is in the process of securing accreditation for its training programmes from the MICT SETA as well as the SERVICES SETAs. The trainings are offered to both profit and non-profit organisations.
