Our DYNAMITE Program, short for the DYNAMIC NURTURING (system of), ADMINISTERING & MANAGING (the growth of) INNOVATIVE, THRIVING ENTERPRISES, is a unique, innovative entrepreneurship development programme, that pioneers a new way of supporting the growth of emerging entrepreneurs.
This is a support programme for both existing and start up businesses. This programme takes the risk of assisting business start ups, which most financial institutions avoid, in an effort to foster entrance into business by financially disadvantaged entrepreneurs. It is believed that with a carefully controlled support programme accompanied with close support to the entrepreneur, there are more chances of success than failure.

The DYNAMITE Program is a JOB CREATION strategy through the creation of viable, strong, sustainable business enterprises that will uplift the economic situation of the poor throughout Africa. Through this program, the unemployment problem in Africa will be greatly reduced. Africa's capacity for innovative entrepreneurship is largely untapped. We are helping to stimulate innovativeness, by supporting the creation, particularly by the youth, of own jobs through innovative income generating projects that develop their communities.
