PROJECT MANAGEMENT
The consulting arm of LEI provides the capacity to manage projects on behalf of clients, in the role of Project Facilitators or Managers. This is done for both profit making and non-profit organisations. We cover the full scope beginning from the design to the evaluation of projects.
BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT SERVICES
This is the Entrepreneurship development wing of LEI, aiming to create jobs through the creation of sustainable enterprises, to contribute to the reduction of the unemployment problem in Africa. The DYNAMITE system is a unique tool aimed at making micro enterprises stronger and more viable.

ORGANISATION DEVELOPMENT
The consulting arm also provides a support system for corporate and non-profit organisations in the area of organisational and people development. We assist with the implementation of the skills development strategy within the workplace, as well as policies and management systems.
SKILLS DEVELOPMENT
This includes the provision of Skills Development Facilitation services as well as training. Through this arm of LEI, we are currently working on getting accreditation to train in the areas of business development, Lifeskills, and Media. Our Lifeskills aim to develop organisations, and shaping the character and effectiveness of leadership. This is targeted at both leaders within organisations and young people aspiring to become leaders.
