The DYNAMITE Incubation Program is accompanied with a SPECIALLY TAILOR-MADE business skills development programme. The DYNAMITE Training offers training products aimed at different levels of entrepreneurial growth. These aim to promote and support active involvement in economic activities by those who have the greatest need for support. Since our aim is to help professionalise and develop informal and micro enterprises, we have given special attention to cater for this target market, who are often intimidated by sophisticated business jargon. DYNAMITE offers a simplified, practical, on the job type of training program, that integrates theory with practical application on the business.

 

This is a 10 Step simplified form of skills training designed specifically to suit the practical needs of a person running a business, or the one starting a new business, as well as to equip uneducated entrepreneurs to upgrade the level at which they are operating their business.

 

On the other hand we are in the process of applying for accreditation for New Venture Creation and Business Management courses. In the meantime, we do non-accredited training workshops and sub-contract accredited training to a partner provider. 

 

The ultimate outcome of our interventions is the establishment of viable business ventures with the potential for growth and sustainability.
