DYNAMITE is a project of LION EMPIRE INTERNATIONAL (PTY) LTD, (www.lionempire.co.za) an umbrella organisation, comprising two other divisions. The mission of this program is to help the growth of micro enterprises as well as assist informal entrepreneurs to transition from informal to professional enterprises.
The D Y N A M I T E S Y S T E M, which is an acronym short for (DYNAMIC NURTURING (system of), ADMINISTERING & MANAGING (the growth of) INNOVATIVE, THRIVING ENTERPRISES), is a Business Incubation Program, with a unique, innovative entrepreneurship development programme. Our approach pioneers a new way of supporting the growth of emerging entrepreneurs. This program aims to alleviate the unemployment situation in South Africa through the promotion of self employment at a large scale.
This programme aims to equip both the potential entrepreneur, who has the dream but has not yet started the business, and those who are actively involved in micro business ventures but want to grow their business to the next level. This programme takes the risk of assisting business start ups, which most financial institutions avoid, in an effort to foster entrance into business by financially disadvantaged entrepreneurs. It is believed that with a carefully controlled support programme accompanied with close support to the entrepreneur, there are more chances of success than failure.

The DYNAMITE Program is a JOB CREATION strategy through the creation of viable, strong, sustainable
business enterprises that will uplift the economic situation of the poor throughout Africa. Through this
program, the unemployment problem in Africa will be greatly reduced, as we are helping people to
create their own jobs through income generating projects that develop their communities.

DYNAMITE Incubation Tool Kit is tailored specifically to address the unique needs of the start up and micro enterprise. Our aim is to facilitate PROFESSIONALISATION AND GROWTH. To cater for this market, we endeavour to provide professional services that would normally carry high cost, at much lower cost, in order to make them accessbile to the budding entrepreneur.
For instance, a look at the market shows that many small businesses have not seen the value of using internet for marketing, and are thus either not willing or able to pay the costs of utilising this critical resource.
