The FIND YOUR LIFE programs aim to encourage people who are de-motivated and despondent about life to realise that they can do more with their lives if they can find meaning and purpose to life. That it is possible to find success and fulfillment no matter where they may be at present. This in turn provokes a more focused, purposeful approach, and the motivation to succeed in life, even to those who've given up on life.
This is done through the various programmess outined hereunder :
A meaningful, purposeful lifestyle begins with knowing who you really are, finding your purpose in life, and cultivating a character geared for success. The Self Discovery aspect of FYL is offered within a workshop context, aiming to help participants to discover themselves at a deeper level.
We believe that every person possesses personality attributes that were given to them for a purpose. There’s a purpose for every project and/or desire that flickers in an individual’s heart. We aim to ignite the potential within and then to help bring it to actualisation. Our goal is that all who go through our program may be empowered to live purposeful, fulfilling, successful lives.
The Couching and Mentoring aspect of FYL is offered to individuals who need guidance regarding career direction.
School and college learners:
Are enabled to follow careers that are in line with their unique gifting and personality. This gives them clear vision for their lives, making them more purposeful and highly motivated to succeed than those whose parents are the ones telling them which career to follow. Such a child is more enthusiastic with their studies because they connect their studies to the passion within them.
Adults: helping to re-connect people to the passion within, for those seeking a new career direction or simply feeling demotivated or unfulfilled in their current job,.
STAFF RECRUITMENT tool, to match staff to suitable jobs and to position existing staff for advancement into their areas of strength and passion.
As a tool for STAFF MOTIVATION and CARREER MOBILITY as it helps to channel staff to suitable career development paths.
In case of RETHRENCHMENTS, to help re-direct the people to be rethrenched to productive career engagement after exiting employment.
This is the search of every human being. Even people in jobs get to where they start feeling empty and in need of more challenge or satisfaction or enjoyment in their job. Unemployed people and those living on the fringes of life have need to find the way to greater purpose in life. Our Find Your Purpose program aims to restore meaning and purpose back into people’s lives.
We live in a society where thousands of people, born with potential for greatness, never get to realise this. Social problems such as unemployment, rethrenchments, poverty, addictions to drugs, alcohol, crime, prostitution, etc. create a pool of people who are hopeless and alienated from the mainstream economy, without real prospects of a meaningful, productive life.
FIND YOUR LIFE can reduce recedivism as it induces spontaneous responsible, disciplined behaviour thus helping to reduce the likelihood of risky behaviour once people have clearer vision and purpose for their lives. We assist such cases by helping to re-integrate them back into mainstream society.
Focuses on the inner dynamics of inter-personal relations in the workplace. This means that the focus is on harmonizing relations amongst employees from within rather than without. A lot of Team building workshops focus on external dynamics such as getting people to play and laugh together, without necessarily working on the inner workings of their relationship. All of this is done in an interactive, fun way that ensures a high level of interaction amongst the people.
People with suitable personalities for self employment are then introduced to the basics of business. This includes identifying the business, start up and implementation support, accompanied by training.
An effort is made to assist people as much as possible to find employment to enable the unemployed to earn income. This is supplemented with a holistic programme that follows up self discovery with other lifeskills including character building, personal and professional development. We help people in disadvantaged situations to re-intergrate to the mainstream economy and get motivated to make a success of their lives. The lifeskills programme entails five types of workshops;

Our program enhances interpersonal relations by helping people to know and understand each other’s personalities better. It assists with conflict resolution for all levels of relationships, including parent to child relations, dealing with difficult children, married couples understanding each other better,etc.
